Simson Bros. was established in 1940 as a distributor of fine gifts and leatherware products. By 1982 the operation had expanded from local to national distribution, with in-house product development. At about the same time the company, now incorporated, began direct importation of goods from Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Thailand, England, Germany and Italy. In 1990 the company merged with George-Good Corporation, and was subsequently in 1994 was acquired by Art Creation Inc.

Simson Giftware currently carries over 2100 items with 1380 plus styles, which are proprietary designs, created especially for the fine giftware industry.

We service over seven thousand customers nationwide, offering them GOOD QUALITY, FAST DELIVERY & REASONABLE COST. Since the majority of our products are developed in-house, we are able to secure an average profit margin of 50% for our customers as well as produce for them a great rate of return and turn over ratio. Our 200 sales representatives make regular visits to each of our customers' stores to ensure a trouble free relationship.
